Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the website yookare.com, published by SOLA Investments, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 911 578 656, whose registered office is located at 81 rue Saint Lazare, 75009 Paris, France.
The website is hosted by Shopify Inc, headquartered at 126 York St. Ottawa, ON K1N 5T5, Canada.
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of dietary supplements offered by the brand YOOKARE.
These Terms of Use, including our privacy policy, apply without restriction or reservation to all services offered by SOLA Investments on the website www.yookare.com (hereinafter "the Site"). Together with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, they constitute the full agreement between the Company and the website user (hereinafter “the User”).
Available at all times on the Site, these Terms of Use prevail over any other version or contradictory document, except for the GTCS.
As the content of our Site is regularly updated, we reserve the right to modify it at any time. If necessary, we may also suspend or close access to the Site for an indefinite period. However, we are under no obligation to systematically update the content and disclaim responsibility for any outdated information.
Use of our Site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Access to certain sections of the Site may be restricted to Users with an account. It is your responsibility to take all necessary steps to access the entire Site and ensure that any person using your Internet connection or login details is aware of these Terms.
2. Products
The products sold on yookare.com are premium dietary supplements developed around longevity, healthy aging, and cellular performance.
Each formula is the result of rigorous research, using patented, standardized ingredients supported by clinical studies. Our supplier partners—such as Weishardt (France), Indena (Italy), BGG (Israel), and Roelmi HPC (Italy)—are selected for their excellence, transparency, and commitment to scientific innovation.
Our products comply with current European regulations (EC Regulation No. 1924/2006 on health claims and EC Regulation No. 1169/2011 on consumer information), as well as the guidelines of the French DGCCRF.
Dietary supplements are not medicines and cannot replace a medical treatment or a varied and balanced diet.
Images, descriptions, and usage advice are for informational purposes only. Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional in case of doubt or known medical conditions.
3. Orders
Customers declare they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of placing an order. Any order implies acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these GTCS.
Orders are placed exclusively online via www.yookare.com.
Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when ordering. Any error in the provided details (address, delivery information, etc.) releases SOLA Investments from any responsibility for failure to deliver.
Once the order is validated and payment accepted, a confirmation email will be sent summarizing the key order details. SOLA Investments reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior.
Customers can track their order using a tracking link provided upon shipment. Any post-validation modification request must be sent as soon as possible to orders@yookare.com . We will do our best to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee feasibility.
4. Subscription packages
Yookare offers subscription plans allowing for recurring delivery of dietary supplements at preferential rates, with specific benefits listed on the product pages. By subscribing to a plan, the Customer agrees to the implementation of an automatic debit corresponding to the subscription amount, charged monthly for the minimum commitment period selected. The subscription takes effect upon validation of the first order.
Two subscription plans are available:
- Monthly subscription with a one (1) month commitment: the monthly subscription includes a minimum commitment of one (1) month. It entitles the Customer to a 15% discount on the applicable supplements. Delivery is free for any order with a minimum amount of €100 within mainland France and €150 internationally.
- Three (3) month commitment subscription: this plan entitles the Customer to a 20% discount on the supplements included in the subscription, in addition to a 10% discount year-round on the entire website (excluding subscriptions). Delivery is free for any order with a minimum amount of €100 within mainland France and €150 internationally.
The subscription is automatically renewed for successive identical periods unless terminated by the Customer under the conditions set out below.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time after the initial commitment period for the monthly subscription, and only at the end of the three (3) month commitment period for the quarterly subscription.
Cancellation can be carried out directly online via the customer account or by contacting customer service at the following email address: orders@yookare.com
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period and does not give rise to any refund for periods already paid.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the pricing conditions of the subscriptions. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer before they take effect. The Customer may then cancel their subscription before the new conditions are applied.
Prevention of abuse related to subscriptions:
Subscription offers are intended to enable recurring delivery of dietary supplements at preferential rates as part of a long-term commitment. They do not constitute a promotional offer that can be used repeatedly. Consequently, any subscription followed by repeated early cancellations, and then successive new subscriptions for the sole purpose of benefiting from the subscription discount, may be considered abusive use of the offer.
In the event of abuse, the Seller reserves the right to refuse a new subscription, suspend or cancel an ongoing subscription, remove the application of subscription-related discounts, or limit access to subscription offers.
These measures may be taken after informing the Customer and without entitling them to any compensation.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT). Delivery costs are specified before order validation.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering by credit card or any other method offered on the site.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered within the estimated timeframes indicated at the time of ordering. YOOKARE shall not be held liable for delays due to external factors (customs, strikes, carrier delays, etc.).
It is the customer’s responsibility to check applicable regulations in their country regarding the import of dietary supplements. SOLA Investments shall not be liable for customs refusal, product seizures, or local additional charges.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify their decision or bear any cost other than return shipping.
Exceptions: Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Returned items must be unopened, intact, and in their original sealed packaging.
8. Returns
In the event of withdrawal or delivery error, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or our error.

9. Liability
YOOKARE shall not be held liable for improper use of its products. Dietary supplements do not replace a healthy lifestyle or balanced diet.
Products sold by YOOKARE comply with French and European laws. However, SOLA Investments cannot be held liable in the following situations:
- Non-compliance with the usage guidelines listed on product pages;
- Allergies or intolerances not disclosed by the customer;
- Misuse or misappropriation of the product;
- Interactions with medical treatments without prior medical advice.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the compatibility of the products with their medical condition, treatment, or allergies. In case of doubt, a medical opinion is strongly recommended.
SOLA Investments shall not be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from product use or site use (loss of opportunity, data, income, moral harm, etc.).
10. Personal Data & Privacy Policy
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended by Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, we inform you that the processing of personal data collected via the website yookare.com (the “Site”) and/or in-store (if applicable) is governed by this privacy policy.
YOOKARE is committed to protecting its customers' personal data, which is processed in compliance with GDPR and French data protection laws. For any request: contact@yookare.com
We may collect several types of information, including:
- When placing an order or creating a user account: your name, address, email, phone number, and credit card information;
- When ordering: shipping address(es), login credentials, and order history;
- When contacting customer service, subscribing to newsletters, posting reviews or participating in surveys: name, contact details, preferences;
- When browsing: IP address, browser type, geographic region, pages visited, ads clicked, search terms;
- We may also acquire consent-based marketing lists from third parties. All promotional emails include an opt-out option.
SOLA Investments only shares personal data with:
- Service providers acting on its behalf (e.g. website platform, delivery, campaigns);
- Public authorities where legally required;
- Potential buyers in the event of a business sale.
By visiting yookare.com, you consent to be contacted by our team for any of the aforementioned reasons. You acknowledge that such use of your information does not violate your rights under French law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on yookare.com is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. This includes, but is not limited to: the YOOKARE brand name, logo, texts, formulas, photos, videos, graphics, simplified scientific content, product sheets, and names of collections or products (e.g., REVERSE, BOOST, GLOW, RELAX), as well as the site’s structure.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, modification, or adaptation—whether partial or total—without prior written authorization from SOLA Investments is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Some commercial names (e.g., Naticol®, AstaPure®, Quercefit®, ExceptionHYAL® Star) are registered trademarks of our partners and are used with permission or under license.
12. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, jurisdiction shall fall to the courts of Paris.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may submit their complaint to a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution. Contact details of the mediator will be provided upon request.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, specifically those of Paris, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory law.
