Delivery and Returns Conditions


Delivery

Delivery areas:
Our products are delivered to mainland France, Corsica, European Union countries, and the rest of the world. For any questions or special requests, please contact us at the following address: info@yookare.com 

Delivery times:
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location, generally between 2 and 5 business days for mainland France. The estimated delivery time is indicated when confirming the delivery method.

Delivery costs:
Shipping costs are indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery is free in France and Europe for purchases over €100 and for purchases over €200 for the rest of the world.

Order tracking:
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped. If you have any problems or delays, please contact us at: info@yookare.com

Receipt of products

The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt. Any anomalies (damaged package, missing product, defective product) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by supporting photos.

Product complaints

In order to open a claim for a delivery dispute, please systematically provide us with the following documents by email with your order number to the following address: info@yookare.com 

  1. A sworn statement mentioning the tracking number

  2. A copy of your identity document

For complaints regarding missing products in a package, please email us with your order number and the following information to the following email address: info@yookare.com

  1. photos of the package

  2. photos of the carrier label

  3. a sworn statement specifying the missing products and indicating whether the package received was open or re-taped.

 


 

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

Return terms:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email with your order number at the following address: returns@yookare.com . Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and undamaged, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. Once the return request is accepted, we will send you an email with the procedure to follow.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and a tracking number must be provided as proof of return of the package.

Return address:
An email with the procedure and a connection link will be sent to you once the return request has been accepted.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.

Refund :
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse the amount of the returned products (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receipt of the products.
