General Terms & Conditions of Sale


These general conditions govern sales made on the yookare.com website , published by the company SOLA Investments, SAS with capital of 1000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 911 578 656, whose head office is located at 81 rue Saint Lazare 75009 Paris (France).

The site is hosted by Shopify Inc., whose head office is located at 126 York St. Ottawa, ON K1N 5T5, in Canada.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale (GCS) is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of food supplements offered by the YOOKARE brand.

These Terms of Use, including our Privacy Policy, apply without restriction or reservation to all services offered by SOLA Investments on the website www.yookare.com (hereinafter "the Site"). They constitute, together with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the complete agreement established between the Company and the user of the Site (hereinafter "the User").

Available at any time on the Site, these Conditions of Use prevail over any other version or contradictory document, with the exception of the General Conditions of Sale.

As the content of our Site is regularly updated, we may modify it at any time. If necessary, we also reserve the right to suspend access to it or close it for an indefinite period. However, we are under no obligation to systematically update it and decline all liability if certain information is no longer up-to-date.

Use of our Site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Access to certain sections of the Site may be restricted to Users with an account. It is therefore your responsibility to take all necessary steps to access the entire Site and to ensure that anyone using your Internet connection or your identifiers has read these Terms of Use.

2. Products

The products sold on the yookare.com website are high-end dietary supplements developed around longevity, healthy aging, and cellular performance.

Each formulation is the result of rigorous research, drawing on patented, standardized ingredients backed by clinical studies. Our supply partners, such as Weishardt (France), Indena (Italy), BGG (Israel), and Roelmi HPC (Italy), are selected for their excellence, transparency, and commitment to scientific innovation.

Our products comply with current European regulations (EC Regulation No. 1924/2006 on health claims and EC Regulation No. 1169/2011 on consumer information), as well as the recommendations of the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Food, Agriculture and Rural Development). Food supplements are not medicines and cannot replace medical treatment or a varied and balanced diet.

The visuals, descriptions, and usage instructions are provided for informational purposes only. Customers are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional if they have any concerns or are experiencing a known medical condition.

3. Orders

The customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity to place an order. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices, product descriptions and these General Terms and Conditions.

Orders are made exclusively online on the website www.yookare.com .
The customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of ordering. Any error in the information provided (address, delivery details, etc.) releases SOLA Investments from liability for the inability to deliver the products.

Once the order is validated and payment accepted, a confirmation email is sent to the customer, including the essential details of the order. SOLA Investments reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of product unavailability, non-payment, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior.

The customer can track the status of their order via a tracking link sent upon shipment. Any modification requests after validation must be sent as soon as possible to orders@yookare.com ; we will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee their feasibility.


4. Prices and payment terms

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation. Payment is due immediately upon ordering by credit card or any other payment method offered on the website.


5. Delivery

Products are delivered within the timeframes indicated when ordering. In the event of a delay, YOOKARE cannot be held responsible if the delay is due to an external cause (customs, strike, carrier delay, etc.).

It is the customer's responsibility to check the applicable regulations in their country regarding the importation of dietary supplements. SOLA Investments cannot be held responsible for any refusal of customs clearance, blockage, or additional fees imposed locally.


6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, all consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or bear any costs other than those of return.

Exceptions: In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on unsealed products, for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
 Returned products must therefore be unopened, intact, in their original sealed packaging.


7. Returns

In the event of a return or delivery error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. Please contact us at orders@yookare.com for the return procedure.




8. Liability

YOOKARE cannot be held responsible for misuse of products. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle or a balanced diet.

The products offered by YOOKARE comply with French and European legislation. However, SOLA Investments cannot be held liable in the following cases:

  • Failure to comply with the usage recommendations appearing on the product sheets;

  • Allergies or intolerances not reported by the customer;

  • Improper or misused use of the product;

  • Interaction with medical treatments, without prior medical advice.

It is the customer's responsibility to check, before use, the compatibility of the products with their medical condition, treatment, or any allergies. In case of doubt, medical advice is strongly recommended.

SOLA Investments cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products or the site (loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of income, moral prejudice, etc.).

9. Personal data & privacy policy

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, amended by Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, we inform you that the processing of personal data collected from the website accessible at the address "htpp://yookare.com" (hereinafter the " Site ") and/or in store where applicable, is implemented under the conditions of this privacy policy.

YOOKARE is committed to protecting its customers' personal data. This data is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR. For any inquiries: contact@yookare.com 

When you browse our Site and in order to provide you with the best possible service, we may collect several types of information, including:

  • when placing an order or creating your User account: your name, your contact details (address, email address, telephone number) and your credit card information.

  • when placing an order: the delivery address(es) provided, the username and password associated with your account and the history of your product selection and your actions on our Site.

  • when requesting information, sending an email to our customer service, subscribing to our newsletter or any other service, participating in a competition, voting for a product or posting reviews: your name, contact details and any other information such as your age, interests and product preferences.

  • during any visit to the Site: your internet location (IP address, domain name such as .fr or .com, original URL), the browser used, the country and telephone prefix of your computer, the pages of our Site that you consulted during your visit, the advertisements on which you clicked and any searches that you carried out.

  • We may collect this information even if you do not have a User account with us.

  • Finally, we may obtain customer lists from third parties to invite new people to share the typology.com experience. However, these lists only include people who have consented to receive promotional emails. In any case, all our emails include an unsubscribe option.

SOLA Investments collects personal data either directly from Users, generally through order forms or newsletter subscriptions on the Site, or indirectly during interactions with Users and/or Customers. When personal data is collected directly from Users and/or Customers, mandatory information is indicated by an asterisk. This information is essential for the execution of the contract with SOLA Investments or for compliance with a legal obligation. Failure to provide this information may prevent the registration and/or processing of an Order, or the sending of the newsletter, where applicable.

By visiting yookare.com, you consent to being contacted by us, by telephone, email, or mail, for any of the reasons mentioned above. You acknowledge that the use of your Confidential Information does not constitute a violation of your rights under French regulations.

The personal data of Users and/or Clients are treated by SOLA Investments confidentially and with the utmost care.

SOLA Investments shares them only with:

  • service providers engaged to process data on behalf of SOLA Investments, for example for the management of our Site platform, the implementation of commercial campaigns, the delivery of Products, etc. These service providers are only authorized to use personal data within the framework of the services they perform on behalf of SOLA Investments and only for the achievement of the purposes set out herein;

  • public bodies or authorities requesting it to comply with a legal obligation or protect rights;

  • possibly future buyers of SOLA Investments in the event of a sale of business or assets.


10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the yookare.com website are protected by the Intellectual Property Code. This includes, but is not limited to: the YOOKARE brand name , the logo, texts, wording, photographs, videos, graphics, popularized scientific content, product sheets, range or product names (e.g.: REVERSE, BOOST, GLOW, RELAX), as well as the structure of the website itself.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution, modification or adaptation, even partial, of any of these elements without prior written authorization from SOLA Investments is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement that may give rise to legal action.

Certain trade names (Naticol®, AstaPure®, Quercefit®, ExceptionHYAL® Star, etc.) are trademarks registered by our partners and are used here with their permission or in compliance with the license conditions.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Paris.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority between the client and SOLA Investments. The client is invited to contact our customer service at orders@yookare.com for any complaint or attempt at amicable resolution.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve their dispute amicably. The mediator's contact details will be provided upon request.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the territorially competent French courts of the city of Paris unless otherwise provided.
